    Senior lady needing more protein daily

    As a 72yr ole lady that tries to take care of herself I'm always looking for something to help with protein. Protein is extremely necessary for older people as we do not get as much exercise as we used to. I saw Carrie talking about her nutrition and how she wanted something good for her and easy to do every day. I love peaches so i ordered and am now into my 2nd month using HiNote Peach flavor, it's so simple and easy to use and i can feel the difference it makes for me. I have signed up for the subscription so as not to be without daily protein. Thanks Carrie for making this easy for me to use.

    Received my 1st bag of juicy peach a week ago, plus single servings of strawberry lemonade and berry medley. My favorite is the peach, it tastes great. I drink this instead of having a snack and it keeps me hydrated and full. I recommend HiNote.

How do I prepare a HiNote Everyday Energy drink?

Pour one scoop of powder into your HiNote shaker bottle and shake well. Let the foam settle for 30 seconds, add ice, and enjoy! If you don’t have a shaker, you can use a frother or a blender to make sure it’s mixed very well. We do not recommend simply stirring it with a spoon.
Can I use HiNote drink mix if I am pregnant?

We always recommend that you consult with your doctor if you have questions about using this product during your pregnancy.
Where is HiNote drink mix manufactured?

HiNote Everyday Energy drink mix is manufactured in the United States with some ingredients that are sourced internationally.
Does HiNote Everyday Energy contain milk?

This product contains whey, which is a dairy-based ingredient.
