Shipping
It typically takes 1–2 business days to process your order, and up to 8 business days to arrive once it's on its way. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as it ships, so you can follow your order right to your door.
Right now, we are shipping only to US locations, but send us an email at hi@hinote.com, opens in a new tab and tell us where you’d like us to offer shipping to next!
At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. Please use a home or business address at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at hi@hinote.com.
We start processing orders quickly, so we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately at hi@hinote.com and we'll do our best to help. If your order has already been fulfilled, we can assist you through our return process.
Refunds
We stand behind our product 100%, for as long as you’re using it. If you’re ever not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to issue a refund. No need to send anything back, no complicated hoops. We just want you to feel good about every sip.
To start a refund, email us at hi@hinote.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. Our team will respond within 1 to 2 business days with next steps.
The following are excluded from our refund policy: items purchased outside of hinote.com (including third-party retailers), sale or promotional items, and original shipping costs.
