HiNote Customer Feedback Sweepstakes: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

  1. Sponsor. The HiNote Customer Feedback Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Path HoldCo, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as HiNote, 8605 Santa Monica Blvd, PMB 169155, West Hollywood, California 90069-4109 ("Sponsor").
  2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 or older in Mississippi) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings) and household members of each are not eligible. Void outside the United States and where prohibited or restricted by law.
  3. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on October 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on October 31, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.
  4. How to Enter. There are two ways to enter:
    1. Survey entry. Click the survey link in the HiNote feedback survey email you received during the Sweepstakes Period, then answer the survey questions and submit the survey by reaching its final screen. Each person who submits a completed survey receives one (1) entry. Partially completed surveys are not entered. Your answers, positive or negative, have no effect on your chance of winning.
    2. Free alternate method of entry. Handprint your first and last name, mailing address, email address, phone number and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: HiNote Customer Feedback Sweepstakes, c/o Path HoldCo, Inc., 8605 Santa Monica Blvd, PMB 169155, West Hollywood, California 90069-4109. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2026 and received by November 7, 2026. Each eligible mail-in entry receives one (1) entry, equal in every way to a survey entry. No survey answers are required.
  5. Entry limit. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address for the entire Sweepstakes, whichever method is used and however many HiNote surveys or emails a person receives. Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means, and entries beyond the limit, are void. If there is a dispute about who submitted an entry, the entry belongs to the authorized account holder of the email address used.
  6. Prize. One (1) prize: a $250.00 Amazon.com eGift Card, delivered by email. Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $250.00. Total ARV of all prizes: $250.00. The prize is not transferable. No cash or other substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. The winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the prize. Amazon.com is not a sponsor of this promotion. Except as required by law, Amazon.com Gift Cards ("GCs") cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash. GCs may be used only for purchases of eligible goods on Amazon.com or certain of its affiliated websites. GCs are issued by ACI Gift Cards, LLC, a Washington limited liability company.   7. Odds. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
  8. Winner selection. On or about November 10, 2026, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
  9. Winner notification. Sponsor will notify the potential winner by email, using the address associated with the entry, within three (3) business days after the drawing. The potential winner must reply within seven (7) days of the notification email and confirm eligibility. The potential winner may be asked to sign and return a declaration of eligibility and release within that same period. If the potential winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is found ineligible or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will deliver the prize to the verified winner by email within thirty (30) days after verification.
  10. General conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone it finds tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, acting in violation of these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive manner. If the Sweepstakes cannot run as planned because of fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend it. If cancelled, Sponsor may award the prize in a random drawing from eligible entries received before cancellation. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible or postage-due entries, or for technical, network, computer or email failures of any kind.
  11. Release and limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of the prize.
  12. Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may publish the winner's first name, last initial and state of residence on a winner list. Sponsor will not otherwise use the winner's name or likeness in advertising without the winner's separate consent.
  13. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is used to administer the Sweepstakes and as described in HiNote's Privacy Policy at https://hinote.com/policies/privacy-policy. Survey answers are used to improve HiNote's products and customer experience. Entering does not change your existing email preferences, and you can unsubscribe from HiNote emails at any time.
  14. Disputes and governing law. These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Entrants agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
  15. Winner list. For the winner's first name, last initial and state, email hi@hinote.com with the subject line "HiNote Sweepstakes Winner" within sixty (60) days after the Drawing Date, or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above, marked "Winner List".
